Several challenges were faced by our client :

Since 2020, we have been working on different types of projects and missions. Spoon Consulting has assisted our client with expertise by contributing in the choice of architecture to build a robust and lasting plateform.
On the project, we have replateformed the Solution to adhere to Salesforce standards by using an agile approach and implementation of functionalities. We have also been cautious to integrate the needs of Business & profiles diversity in order to guide structuring decisions as soon as possible all along the project.
Alongside the design and implementation phase, we are supporting our client for proper use and maintenance and evolution requests
